For patients whose insurance we do not accept, please check with your insurance companies, as you may be eligible for reimbursement. We also welcome any self-paying patients.

Referrals:

Certain insurance plans do not cover annual eye examinations. In this case the patient would need to obtain a referral. This may also be applicable to eye checks and medical emergencies. If your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary care physician, please contact them prior to your appointment.
