Our Doctors

Each of our doctors brings individual expertise and experience to our office, to best serve all of our patients. Linda Bennett, O.D. began practicing optometry in Belmont twenty years ago, upon the retirement of Angelo Afentakis, O.D. Her original office was on Common Street and moved to Trapelo Road in 1994. In 2006, the practice moved to our current, larger location at 231 Belmont Street, in Belmont, to better serve our growing family of patients.
As our practice has expanded, two additional doctors have joined our staff to better accomodate our patients' needs. In August 2004, Melanie Macbeth, O.D. joined us as our second optometrist. Rebecca Maida, O.D., Dr. Bennett's eldest daughter, was added as our third optometrist in June 2008. All three of our doctors utilize a depth of knowledge and experience, to provide the best possible care for every patient.
